Sharing anonymously is always A PLUS!

“I’m a 21 year old virgin but what bothers me more is that I haven’t fallen in love yet”

“For the last time- We are not Lesbians”

"I often miss this little girl whose dreams had no barriers..who believed in a world where anything is possible with a heart that was full and unbroken"

“After I have copied a piece of text, my mouse feels heavier until I paste”

Are some of the anonymous secrets that POSTSECRET gets . It only takes a sentence or two for people to reveal a secret. And believe it or not- they are ALL true.

POSTSECRET has accomplish to have a great deal of fans- 1,066,070 people like this anonymously secret/story/surprise sharing site on Facebook and has 436,864 followers on Twitter so far.

POSTSECRET's founder Frank Warren has received thousands of post cards from all over the world-India, Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong, Afghanistan, United States are just some.

This community is available to everybody and everyone- and Frank Warren has continue to improve its website since November 2004.

It has gone from sharing a funny story or secrets anonymously to people taking the first step for the actions of their own secrets. Followers reaction to the site has been a big hit, and have made "PostSecret: Confessions on Life, Death and God", "PostSecret: Extraordinary confessions from ordinary lives", "A lifetime of secrets: A PostSecret book" possible, helping the suicide hotline to improve as well.

I couldn’t personally think of ways that Frank Warren could dialogue better with his followers at first, but seeing how much of an impact this website has had since 2004- HERE ARE THREE.

Yes, everything is anonymous, but people commenting or discussing about it, can and might be helpful for those who post the card. Because you never know if someone else is feeling the same or has a similar situation.

I know people send thousands of cards every day and it is hard to read them all on the same day, but it needs to be updated a lot more often. It hasn’t been updated since OCT.2ND, and personally I dislike going to the site and seeing the same posts twice.

If it were another site and the same happens often, I would have stopped following already.

And I think the site needs to be more organized- that black blank space can be used to put a list that categorizes posts/secrets by month. It would help followers surf the site faster, or any follower that has been out of touch with the site for a while and wants to catch up/read a certain month, etc.

I think that if POSTSECRET can take these recommendations, the site will continue to gain popularity among its followers and gain a few or even hundreds of new followers.
