140 Characters or Less

"What's happening?" - Twitter
"What's on your mind?" - Facebook

The questions seem simple enough at first glance. So simple that it's encouraged people to disclose TMI - too much information.

Such as alerting followers that you are drunk, bored at work, or - my personal favorite - hashtagging your tweet with #twooping (tweeting while pooping). We're ultimately using these tools as self-destructive weapons.

Sure, it's fine in college.

But what if that one follower reading it ends up becoming CEO of some important company? Your former ally is now going to think twice about hirin
g you after remembering you as the twooper.

With so many opportunities that can come from social media when you use it right. How better to start than with a personal brand?

By integrating my professional, personal, educational, and work sites, I can increase my searchability while proving my marketing ability. It's much more productive than the mundane Facebook and Twitter statuses while exploiting all my resources to stand out.
